The mobile GIPO crushing and screening plant is a heavy duty, highly efficient machine of compact design, with a production range or 100- 750tph. With a fully mobile combination there are crucial cost benefits for the purchaser, effective transportation, fuel consumption and the overall impact on the environment; this compact machine requires less space on site, and allows many classified end products to be produced simultaneously.

Available as either jaw or impactor this extremely powerful machine is combined with an integral 2-deck screen allowing the plant to produce a high quality end product, additionally the machine allows operation with a wider crushing dimension with the utilisation of the integrated oversized particle feedback, this also offers further benefits in crushing capacity and general wear.

The infinitely variable adjustment of the rotor speed simplifies the processing of each feed material. Utilising the hydraulic actuator, the hardest stones and concrete can be crushed without any problems. The design of the feeder hopper incorporates fixed walls; coupled with the compact oversized particle recycling belt these features allow quick set-up.

The GIPO KOMBI powerpack is driven by Caterpillar diesel motors of EURO Norm 2 standard which are essentially more economical than previous models.

Repositioning of the machine on-site presents no problems as it can be comfortably operated from the wheel loader or excavator with radio control.

Transportation of the machine is uncomplicated as no dismantling is required.

GIPO combination machines can be easily upgraded and customised to the customers requirements by additional equipment such as side delivery belt, permanent magnet, extended radio control, belt weigher and water spray.

The machines can be used universally, are highly efficient incorporating tried and tested technology and ease of operation.
